JESCo. is a family owned business, and has been the Triangle's remodeling/home maintenance specialists since 1985. We specialize in doing it all. We are a "turn-key" company. Every aspect of the job is done or taken care of by us or one of our long-standing subcontractors. The founder and hands-on owner, Jimmy Smith, was born and raised in Cary, N.C.  He works with his wife, Kathy, who has been in the Cary area since 1979. Jimmy is an expert carpenter, skilled framer, organizer and has many years of experience in "punch work" and customer service work. He has kept JESCo. small to keep the quality standards high and to assure that Jimmy is on every job site to see that the work is done as requested.  He has been in the building business since 1980.
